The speaker box at the front gate has been fixed and is now operational for visitors to use.

Residents - Be sure to press # before you enter your access code on the keypad.

The phone number that the gate will call from is 318-332-2857, please consider saving it as a contact in your phone.

Visitors will need to stop at the speaker box by the front gate, they will see a menu where they can select the name of the resident they are wishing to visit.  They will select the name of the resident and press the "call" button, the system will then call the residents cell phone, the visitor will then be able to speak with the resident and the resident will be able to open the gate for the visitor by dialing 9 # on their cell phone any time during the call.

The exit gate is currently not staying open during the scheduled times of high traffic, the installers are working on it and it should be fully operational soon.
